Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving guests using manual and computer systems.
• Assist with check-out and close guest accounts.
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate charges.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate front desk PBX and wake-up calls.
• Maintain friendly and courteous demeanor.
