• Handles cash transactions and maintains accurate hotel records.
• Answers inquiries, takes reservations, and communicates rates clearly to guests.
• Maintains guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses in person or by phone.
• Operates PBX for calls, wake-up services, and guest paging.
