Responsibilities

• Handling guest issues and escalating to management
• Providing information on hotel amenities and local area
• Accurate data entry into computer systems
• Cash handling with a personal house bank
• Assisting with luggage storage when needed
• Remain calm and professional during busy periods
• Communicating with internal and external guests with tact
• Performing additional duties as assigned
