Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with precision while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) to support guests and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to Hilton and Marcus standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Communicate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns when possible—or elevate to supervisors as needed.
• Support restaurant cleanliness and assist with restocking as needed.
