Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Check guests in and out of rooms.
• Input and retrieve guest information from the computer system to assign rooms.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with diplomacy.
• Answer inquiries about area and hotel services.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and house bank duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
