Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Executive Lounge Attendant. The role supports the exclusive lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests with setup, service and hospitality across shifts.

Ideal candidates provide a guest-first attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment while keeping the lounge inviting and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the lounge area, tables, chairs, and service ware.
• Serve food and beverages to Hilton Honors guests per brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked lounge, pantry, and storage area.
• Respond to guest requests or escalate to supervisors as needed.
• Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily service.
• Support hotel-wide operations as needed, with teamwork.
