Job summary

The Windrifter Resort in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative for a part-time, on-site role. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations, inquiries, and payments with courteous communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance and answering questions about amenities, local attractions, and resort policies while delivering excellent customer service. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
• Ability to manage reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or property management systems.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks as needed.
