Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be proficient with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Operate the telephone switchboard courteously.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions and hours.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
• Follow credit policies and stay informed about rates, packages, and promotions.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations efficiently.
