Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in/out, and convey information about services and amenities.
• Handle reservations and billing with accuracy.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to guest issues.
• Make, modify, and cancel guest reservations as needed.
• Provide concierge services, such as local recommendations.
• Maintain a tidy front desk and assist with luggage as needed.
• Uphold standards of quality and hospitality at all times.
