Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons Lake Ozark in Missouri is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, check them in/out, answer calls, and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, maintaining a neat front desk, and supporting management with additional duties as needed. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
