Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons, nestled on Lake of the Ozarks, is seeking dependable Housekeepers to deliver clean, comfortable spaces and exceptional guest experiences in a premier resort setting.

As a Housekeeper, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist with special projects, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits like a Management Development Program and employee discounts to support growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to resort standards
• Make beds and replace linens and towels
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, countertops, and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and rugs and clean hard-surface flooring
• Dust and polish furniture, décor, and fixtures
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Ensure all guest rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before occupancy
• Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned
