Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons Lake Ozark seeks a dedicated Security Agent to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. You will monitor entrances, patrol premises, respond to alarms, and document incidents with clear, accurate reports.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior security or law enforcement experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Valid driver’s license is required and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
