Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, perform check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and address inquiries with professional, attentive service that sets the tone for a great stay.

As the first point of contact, you’ll read guest needs, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, coordinate with the Front Office Manager, and support a seamless, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Culture of Excellence reflected in demeanor and performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor as needed.
• Contribute to a welcoming and seamless guest experience and support hotel operations.
