Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the hotel’s front desk operations and lead the front office team. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence to drive operational efficiency across the front desk.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support front desk team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and daily reports.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest issues.
• Report to Director of Rooms or General Manager and pursue paths to broader management roles.
