Job summary

Homestead Hampton Inn is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and process payments in a timely, accurate manner. You will provide local information and assist guests with inquiries in a courteous, professional way.

The role requires excellent communication with guests and staff, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
