Job summary

Dawn Ranch Lodge in Guerneville, CA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins, and coordinate room assignments. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests, verify reservations, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
• Maintain clean front-of-house area and assist guests as needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Assist with departures including settling charges and luggage help.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
