Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests with memorable vacation experiences and events, in a welcoming, professional environment. You will help create meaningful moments together.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests at check-in, answering questions, coordinating with departments, and following up to ensure requests are met. The role requires flexible shifts and offers hourly pay of $18.50 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest.
• Actively listen to guests' questions and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., room key, ice/vending areas).
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure requests or problems are resolved.
• Answer telephone calls and route to appropriate departments; assist with bellman duties as needed.
