Job summary

The I Hotel & Illinois Conference Center in Champaign, IL is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, professional hospitality at a AAA Four-Diamond property on-site. You will assist with checking guests in and out, respond to inquiries, and coordinate services for a seamless guest experience in a busy environment.
