Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Malvern, PA seeks a Guest Services specialist to welcome patients, residents, families and staff, guiding transitions and serving as a liaison across departments.

The role leads Ambassador Rounds, prepares rooms for admission, assists with admissions paperwork, coordinates tours and engages with patients to foster positive experiences and reviews. Strong communication and multitasking required.

Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Malvern, PA is hiring a Full Time and Part Time Guest Services position!!

Shifts:

• Full Time- Monday-Friday 12-5pm, every other weekend 12-8pm
• Part Time- Monday-Friday 5-8:30pm
• Part Time- 1 day during the week 12-5pm, every other weekend 12-8pm

JOB OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills while engaging with patients, residents, families, and staff to help ease the transition into our facility. The role includes leading our Ambassador Rounds program, ensuring rooms are ready for admission, helping educate about our services and departments and providing a primary contact for their needs . They act as a liaison between departments and the families and patients. They will help support the admissions process, proactively meet with new admissions, and engage with patients and families to encourage positive reviews and share success stories. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition
• Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
• Uniform is provided Position reports to Admissions Director
