Job summary

Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Paoli, PA, seeks an experienced Admissions Director to lead the admissions process and ensure accurate recording of inquiries, admissions, and discharges. You will manage daily census reporting and coordinate the inquiry and admission workflow to support smooth transitions for residents.

Responsibilities

• Record inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
• Prepare daily census reports and reporting.
• Coordinate the inquiry process and manage admissions workflow.
• Complete required paperwork to facilitate admissions.
• Notify and report admission updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain monthly census records and other reporting records.
• Maintain contact with new residents for follow-up visits and satisfaction surveys.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our dynamic team! As Admissions Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient admission process for our patients. This includes recording information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges, as well as daily census reports and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating the inquiry process, facilitating the admission process, and maintaining monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
• Daily census reports and reporting
• Coordinate the inquiry process
• Facilitate the admission process, including completing required paperwork
• Notification and reporting of admission updates
• Maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
• Remain in contact with new residents, perform 3-month post-move-in visit, and survey for satisfaction
• Represent the facility at community events, open houses, and public relation events
• Work with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers to facilitate referrals and admissions
