Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Guest Services representative in Foxborough, MA to deliver exceptional service at The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting at information desks, explaining exhibits, operating interactive stations, and supporting the ticket sales desk. The role requires flexibility for weekends and event nights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of guest service experience.
• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be a team player.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games.
• Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
