Kraft Sports and Entertainment LLC is seeking an Event Ambassador to welcome guests at Gillette Stadium and guide them through event operations. You will deliver exceptional service, explain facilities, and assist with promotions and guest interactions during Patriots games and related events.

This entry-level, part-time role requires availability for all home games, multiple events and training camp days, with outdoor duties in various weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level role; no prior experience required.
• Part-time commitment to all home Patriots games and a minimum number of events.

SUMMARY: The Event Ambassador is responsible for the execution and enhancement of the fan experience by interacting with guests upon their arrival to the stadium for events including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events (e.g., Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX, Premier Lacrosse League, etc.).
