Job summary

The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX at Gillette Stadium is seeking an eager customer service team member to welcome visitors, assist at the information desk, and guide gallery introductions. You will operate interactive exhibits and help staff the ticket desk as needed.

Responsibilities include staying informed about gallery exhibits and events, supporting special projects, and ensuring an excellent guest experience on weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of guest service experience.
• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be a team player.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas including access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings.
• Operate interactive equipment and staff ticket sales desk as needed.
• Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events.
• Assist with special projects as business dictates.
