Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a guest services associate for The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. You will deliver exemplary customer service to all visitors and assist at the information desk, gallery, and with tour group greetings.

The role requires familiarity with exhibits, operating interactive equipment, and supporting ticket sales. Weekend, evenings, holidays and Patriots home game shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years guest service experience preferred.
• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be a team player and reliable.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for daily tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Meet and assist visitors at the information desk, gallery and tour group greetings.
• Be familiar with museum exhibits and events to answer questions.
• Operate interactive equipment as needed.
• Staff the ticket sales desk when required.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all guests visiting The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings
• Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events
• Operate interactive equipment
• Staff ticket sales desk as needed
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience guest service experience
• Customer service and communication skills required
• Must be a team player
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games
• Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions
