Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience; strong preference for previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on all wax pass options, current promotions, benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking, and be knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols, address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and lobby area, upholding brand cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
