Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests to understand needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, and prebooking; know all EWC products.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards; address guest inquiries, book reservations, resolve concerns promptly.
• Keep front desk and lobby neat, follow brand cleanliness/hygiene standards.
• Support team by sharing product knowledge and participating in training.
