Job summary

Towne Park in Kissimmee, FL, seeks a Guest Service Associate for seasonal AM/PM/OVN shifts. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide local information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic math skills. Prior guest service experience is helpful; tips are offered in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• One month of related experience or training is required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to explain parking rates and retrieval procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money.
• Ability to understand time systems and to park vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions and information about local facilities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information, guest folios, and key tags.
• Assist with revenue collection and ticket processing.
• Operate the valet system and related tasks as required.
