Job summary

Towne Park Guest Service Associate in Florida delivers exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance during guest arrival and departure, ensuring a prompt, safe and friendly experience.

You will greet guests, explain parking rates, manage tickets and assist with directions and local information. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and at least one month of related experience are required; PM shift 3pm-11pm is included; benefits and 401k are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Process tickets and manage guest folios and revenue when needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
