Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Towne is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient hospitality, parking and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, manage vehicle drop-off and retrieval, and provide information about local amenities in a fast-paced environment.

We seek dependable team players with strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and basic math skills for handling cash and tickets.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state (or nearby commuting distance).
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read and write standard English.
• Skills: Read and comprehend instructions, short memos.
• Skills: Write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Present information to guests/clients effectively.
• Skills: Basic math for handling money and ticketing.
• Skills: Understand 24-hour and military time.
• Skills: Operating a manual transmission is desirable.
• Skills: Parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
