Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Towne is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. Strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read and write English are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• One month related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage handling when applicable.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and track tickets and keys.
