Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient hospitality to guests arriving and departing. You will assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, help with luggage, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $9 to $11 with $3 to $5 in tips, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am to 10am. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in the applying state.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and guest folio records.
