Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests on facility amenities.

The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, customer-service knowledge, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts include AM/PM, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license or be within commutable distance.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys.
