Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules with AM/PM/Overnight shifts. Base pay is $5.50–$9 per hour plus tips, with average tips of $50–$100 per shift and eligibility for benefits including insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and claim checks accurately.
