Zusammenfassung

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure experiences. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and ensure safe, friendly service at each step of the guest journey.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic math and English skills. Shifts are flexible, with benefits options including 401k, accident/critical illness/hospital indemnity insurance and telemedicine.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required, within commuting distance where applicable.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal services principles.
• Ability to read/write English; basic math; understand time formats and money calculations.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage where applicable and provide bell services support.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Process tickets, manage guest folios and collect payments as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
