Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a welcoming, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers, strong English communication skills, and basic math proficiency. Open Flexibility schedule applies along with benefits eligibility for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups.
• Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens/hundreds; money handling.
• Understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Operating a manual transmission is desirable.
• Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Handle revenue calculation and ticketing as part of valet operations.
• Support other duties as assigned by location.
