Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to guests’ needs.
• Cross-train and certify in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment.
