Job summary

Global Partners LP in Waterford, CT is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead guest-facing operations and coach team members to deliver friendly, efficient service across all contact points. You will supervise staff, manage POS transactions, cash deposits, and ensure safety and store standards while addressing guest inquiries and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure store objectives are met.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash handling.
• Ensure all store safety, security, quality and operations policies are followed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors as needed.
