My Place Hotel in Dickinson is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure a superior guest experience. You will manage bookings, train staff, and work closely with the General Manager to maintain policy adherence and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Guest Service: consistently deliver outstanding service to guests and colleagues.
• Staff Support and Leadership: assist in staff training and oversee Guest Service Representatives.
• Check-In/Out Procedures: greet guests and process charges using the PMS.
• Hotel Operations and Guest Assistance: know room rates, amenities, and access features.
• Telephone Management: operate phone system and coordinate reservations.
• Daily Reporting: maintain shift logs and complete required checklists.
• Safety and Security Compliance: follow safety protocols and conduct security checks.
• Security of Master Keys: log and inventory master keys and key cards.
• Housekeeping: assist with laundry and linen management.
• Other Duties: perform tasks as directed by the GM.
