Job summary

My Place Hotel - Dickinson is seeking a proactive Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure a superior guest experience. You will oversee bookings, train Guest Service Representatives, and collaborate with the General Manager to uphold policies and procedures.

You will manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations by phone, email, and in person, maintain daily logs and night audit checks, conduct hourly safety rounds, log key card use, and support housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead front desk teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and records.
