Job summary

Global Partners LP in Connecticut is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure an enjoyable guest experience.

You will coach employees, manage cash handling, operate the POS system, greet guests, and uphold safety and store procedures while keeping shelves stocked and organized.

Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required; starting pay ranges from $18.44 to $21.44 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring tasks are performed per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures and practices.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Manage all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Keep products stocked to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
