Job summary

Global Partners LP in Hamden, CT is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, oversee daily work flows, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will greet customers, coach team members, and supervise POS transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll uphold safety, security, and store procedures, manage cash deposits and promotions, and coordinate with vendors to maintain stock and cleanliness. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required; 18+ and reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
