Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock area, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties per management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Ensure housekeeping and 24/7 guest service execution.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, and gift cards.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints; check vendors as needed.
