Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Houston, TX. You will supervise staff, coach line employees, greet guests, and ensure cash accuracy and store safety in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing POS cash handling, ensuring product availability, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with vendors to maintain a smooth guest experience in our retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties per management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels while supervised.
• Ensure housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are followed.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, checks and gift cards.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and check in vendors per guidelines.
