Responsibilities

• Supervises front desk operations and NHG staff on daily basis.
• Handles guest issues, reservations, payments, check-in/check-out processes.
• Trains associates on NHG systems and SOPs, schedules and reviews performance.
• Ensures payroll data accuracy and monthly reporting.
• Acts as Manager on Duty as needed and coordinates with General Manager.
