Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front desk team and provide courteous, professional service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests. You will manage reservations, registrations, and payments, while coaching staff to maintain high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting the loyalty program, handling cash, issuing keys, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualificações

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival, register in the computer, and verify reservations and payment details.
• Promote and recognize the hotel’s preferred guest program for members.
• Accept payments at registration and checkout, maintain a house bank, and handle deposits.
• Issue keys for safety deposit boxes and post miscellaneous charges as requested.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front desk operations to maintain optimal service levels.
• Train and coach front desk staff; resolve issues to ensure quality operations.
• Resolve customer issues quickly to sustain high guest satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phones promptly with courteous and accurate information.
• Operate shuttle/transport service if applicable and assist guests with luggage.
• Maintain knowledge of local area, hotel services, and VIPs.
