Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests. You will greet guests, register them, verify reservations, process payments, and promote member programs.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt) is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic accounting tasks.

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure high service levels.
• Train, direct, and coach front desk staff.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Greet and register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Manage keys and safety deposit boxes; handle deposits and reports.
• Assist guests with luggage and local information as needed.
• Respond to complaints and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Support shuttle/transport service as needed and coordinate with other departments.
