Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will supervise daily tasks, coach employees, greet guests, and enforce safety and policy standards.

The role involves operating the POS, managing cash, and ensuring housekeeping and stocking are completed, with availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff to perform duties per management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed and store is clean.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Keep shelves stocked and products replenished.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
