Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure smooth store operations. The role includes POS operation, cash handling, and maintaining housekeeping standards to deliver a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoor, etc.).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure they perform job duties per management directions.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety policies are followed.
• Manage 24/7 guest service programs and cash processes (deposits, gift cards, checks).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
