Drury Inn & Suites in Greensboro, NC is seeking a front desk/guest service supervisor. Under general supervision, you will assist the management team, ensure policy compliance, and train guest service staff to deliver exceptional service to all guests.

You will lead by example, maintain high integrity, and foster a positive work environment while contributing to a seamless guest experience with a +1 Service Attitude. Travel may be required occasionally.

• Supervises front desk / guest service positions under general supervision.
• Ensures policies and procedures are communicated and followed with integrity.

• Delivers courteous, efficient, and professional guest service; handles inquiries and complaints.
