Drury Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Greensboro, NC for a part-time role. You will greet guests, check them in and out, promote hotel programs, manage guest records, handle cash, and monitor satisfaction to resolve issues. You may assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and cleanup. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

The position emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as scheduled in a busy hotel environment.

Formación

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform front desk functions: check-in/check-out, promote programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including food prep, service and cleanup.
• Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a positive, proactive attitude.
